Charles Goulu, from France, joined the team in September 2024 for a six-month internship as an analyst and is now working full as an associate. He supports the senior deal team throughout all stages of buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate finance advisory engagements. His responsibilities include performing financial analysis and modeling, conducting industry research, managing data rooms, and facilitating communication to ensure efficient operations.

Charles holds a Dual Master’s degree in Banking and International Finance and in Management from TBS Education, where he specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions. In 2023, he completed a one-year internship as a Financial Auditor at RSM France, handling statutory and external audits. Alongside his studies, in 2022 Charles co-founded a retail brand specializing in sport motorcycle parts and equipment in Europe.
