David Dorsch was born in Germany and raised in Atlanta. He joined Bravaldo Capital Advisors in February 2025 as an MBA Intern and became an Associate in June 2026, supporting the senior deal team across all phases of buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate finance advisory engagements. In this role, he contributes to financial analysis and modeling, industry research, data room management, and transaction execution, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.

David holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Kennesaw State University and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School with a concentration in Finance. Prior to his MBA, he gained extensive experience in engineering and project management, having worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at Salas O'Brien, a Project Manager at Siemens, and a Project Engineer at Heliox, where he oversaw all North American projects.
