Mike Monaghan is a passionate leader with 25+ years’ experience as a CEO, Board Member, and senior executive. His broad background spans Fortune 50 to middle market companies in over 15 industries.  As a CEO Mike has scaled & doubled revenue in two companies from $5M to $10M, and $50M to $100M respectively, while tripling EBITDA.

Mike started his career with market leaders GE Energy and Coca Cola.  In the last 8 years while working in the middle market, Mike has served as CEO, COO, Partner, & Board Member.  He has had P&L ownership from $10M to $1 billion.  He is currently Executive Chairman of Almond Cow a CPG company serving the $30B plant-based milk market.  Mike is guiding the turnaround & growth strategy for this market leader in small kitchen appliance plant-based milk makers, which serves 350k clients in 20+ countries.

Mike served as the CEO for Horizon River Technologies, a $10M IT services, SaaS and equipment provider. He was also the COO for Astral Health & Beauty a $100M cosmetics and skincare company with 4 unique brands. 

At Coca Cola, Mike led Strategy for the $20B bottling division where his team led the turnaround which created the successful exit of that division.  Mike also served as the PNW GM of $1B in Revenue.  While at GE Energy, Mike held leadership roles in Finance, Quality/Six Sigma, M&A and P&L ownership.  He co-led the integration of 6 divisions and $10B in revenue yielding synergies of $500M. 

Mike holds a BS in Finance from St. Joseph's University.  He and his wife Christy have three daughters, Mara, Sophia, and Samantha.
