Sarah Hofaker joined BCA as Executive Assistant and Inside Sales Assistant to the President. With a diverse background in administrative support across health, construction, and legal fields, she contributes to business development efforts, client outreach, and executive support. An award-winning poet and founder of a nonprofit theatre company, Sarah brings creativity, precision, and warmth to everything she does. 

Kelly Van Nort became BCA’s Director of Operations, bringing over a decade of expertise in investment operations and management.
